Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Sleeping pills group: 1, aged between 18 and 65 years old; 2. Junior high school or above; 3. In accordance with the diagnostic criteria of CID in the International Classification of Sleep Disorders, Third Edition (ICSD-3); Sleep medication use disorder (mainly dependent on benzodiazepines/non-benzodiazepines) was diagnosed by DSM-5. 4. Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) > 7; 5. Did not participate in other clinical studies 6. Being right-handed. Healthy controls: 1, aged between 18 and 65 years old; 2. Junior high school or above; 3. No complaints of insomnia related symptoms, PSQI total score <5; 4. No neuropsychiatric diseases 5. Being right-handed 6. Keep a regular sleep routine.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of severe cardiovascular, hepatic, renal, or hematopoietic system diseases; 2. Presence of other sleep disorders such as obstructive sleep apnea, restless legs syndrome, and narcolepsy; history of other neuropsychiatric disorders such as bipolar disorder, major depressive disorder, schizophrenia, or substance abuse; 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. Abnormal findings on routine brain MRI examination, such as infarctions or focal lesions; 5. Presence of typical MRI contraindications (e.g., claustrophobia, panic disorder); 6. Shift workers and recent transmeridian travelers;
