Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Preoperatively diagnosed with diabetes mellitus (type 1 or type 2); 2.Adult patients (>=18 years) undergoing elective or emergency abdominal surgery under general anesthesia (gastrointestinal, urological, hepatobiliary, or gynecological surgery);

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.ASA grade >= IV; 2.Diabetic patients with chronic neuropathic pain history or long-term preoperative use of pregabalin, gabapentin, etc. for neuropathic pain; 3.Missing preoperative HbA1c level or anesthesia record data;
