Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18 years or older. 2.Having attained an educational level of junior high school (or equivalent) or higher. 3.Native Mandarin speakers with normal Chinese literacy, communication skills, and the ability to independently operate a smartphone. 4.Having a child clinically diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). 5.Providing informed consent and voluntarily participating in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals diagnosed with or having a history of major physical illnesses (including conditions known to affect cortisol levels), major mental disorders, substance abuse, or significant life events; or whose child has major medical conditions other than ASD (e.g., severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases). 2.Individuals exhibiting suicidal ideation (defined as scoring =2 on item 9 of the Patient Health Questionnaire-9: "Thoughts that you would be better off dead or of hurting yourself in some way") or having a history of suicide attempts. 3.Individuals who have received targeted psychological interventions within the past 3 months or are currently enrolled in other psychological intervention studies. 4.Individuals with prior professional training in mindful parenting.
