Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age = 60 years;2.Residing in the community for = 6 months;3.Meet the AWGS 2025 diagnostic criteria for sarcopenia;4.Have certain communication skills;5.Have basic literacy skills and be proficient in using WeChat;6.Volunteer to participate and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Having severe cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic, renal, or other dysfunctions; 2.having received similar intervention programs or systematic exercise training in the recent 3 months;3. having severe cognitive impairment or mental illness that prevents normal communication; 4.having acute diseases, limited mobility, or other conditions that may affect intervention adherence.
