High fever group: Pregnant women who experience fever after epidural analgesia: highest body temperature during labor>38 ?:None
Control group: parturients who did not receive epidural analgesia during delivery:None
Low fever group: Pregnant women who experience fever after epidural analgesia, with the highest body temperature during labor between 37.5-38 ?:None

18 Years to 45 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Full-term pregnancy, single pregnancy, ASA grade II, no history of fever one week before delivery, the epidural analgesia group voluntarily chose epidural analgesia and signed the consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Combined acute and severe hypertension, diabetes, other serious systemic diseases, fetal distress or abnormal fetal heart rate, and drug allergies related to this study.
