Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with ischemic stroke for the first time through imaging examination; 2. Affected in one side of the body's movement; 3. Modified Ashworth scale of the upper limb <= 1+ level, Brunnstrom stage is ? to ?; 4. Age between 18 and 70 years old, onset time within 21 days to half a year, in the subacute stage and recovery stage; 5. Stable vital signs, no unconsciousness, informed consent for the study, able to cooperate with diagnosis and treatment, and approved by the hospital ethics committee.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are MRI contraindications; 2. Infarction involves the thalamus; 3. There is a risk of intracranial hemorrhage; 4. Patients with metal foreign bodies in the skull, with a pacemaker, or with cochlear implants; 5. Patients with unstable condition, severe cognitive dysfunction or mental disorders, unable to understand the research content or cooperate in the assessment; 6. Patients with fractures, joint contractures, severe limb spasticity, etc. that affect the motor function of the limbs; 7. Patients using drugs that affect and alter cortical excitability.
