Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 18 and 75 years old. 2. Meeting the surgical indications for sacral nerve modulation. 3. Normal sacral development. 4. Complete case data.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Coagulation disorders or uncontrolled infections (e.g., systemic infection, urinary tract infection); 2. Pregnancy or breastfeeding; 3. Psychiatric or cognitive impairment, unable to cooperate with study-related assessments; 4. Severely impaired upper urinary tract function; 5. Progressive neuropathy, complete paraplegia, or congenital neurological diseases; 6. Bladder outlet obstruction or bladder contracture; 7. Other health conditions deemed unsuitable for participation by the researcher (e.g., severe cardiopulmonary disease, advanced malignancy).
