Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Acute trauma resulting from a motor vehicle accident,with time from injury to hospital admission <= 6 hours,indicating the patient was in the acute phase of illness; 2.Alert and able to communicate verbally; 3.No severe underlying diseases involving the heart,liver, kidneys,or brain,and no history of psychiatric disorders.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe trauma requiring immediate surgical intervention or admission to the intensive care unit; 2.Presence of hearing impairment or speech impairment; 3.Hospital stay<3 days,precluding completion of the full treatment and evaluation course;
