Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The child meets the clinical indications for transfer to a general ward as assessed by physicians. 2. The family member is an immediate family member of the child and serves as the primary caregiver during the child's hospitalization. 3. The family member is =18 years old. 4. Voluntarily participates in the study and cooperates with the full-course intervention.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The family member has severe mental illness, cognitive impairment, or language communication barriers. 2. The family member has participated in similar studies related to transfer-related stress. 3. The child's condition suddenly deteriorates before transfer, resulting in the cancellation of the transfer plan.
