Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for chronic musculoskeletal diseases, including cervical spondylosis, chronic nonspecific low back pain, lumbar disc herniation, periarthritis of the shoulder, knee osteoarthritis, scoliosis (Cobb angle < 40°), postoperative recovery period of joint replacement, and chronic rotator cuff injury, with a disease duration of more than 3 months. 2. Aged between 15 and 75 years old. 3. All participants have signed the informed consent for treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with unstable conditions during the acute phase. 2. Individuals with severe physical limitations: unable to independently perform basic movements (such as getting up), requiring long-term intensive care, or having significant neurological/limb damage, severe pain, or abnormal muscle strength/tone that prevents maintaining balance, joint instability, unhealed fractures, or severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency. 3. Individuals with cognitive or mental disorders: insufficient cognitive function or inability to understand training instructions, presence of severe anxiety, depression, or post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). 4. Environmental or resource limitations: no safe rehabilitation space at home or lack of necessary assistive devices, inability to obtain remote guidance from professionals or emergency medical support.
