Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged = 18 years, ASA II-III, undergoing open heart surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass ; 2.body mass index ( BMI ) 18-30 kg / m²; 3.Preoperative Mini-Mental State Examination ( MMSE ) = 24 points, no severe cognitive impairment ; 4 voluntarily signed informed consent, with postoperative follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Psychiatric history, stroke or brain tumor ; 2.Severe liver and kidney dysfunction ( ALT > 2 times the upper limit of normal, Cr > 150µmol / L ) ; 3.Carotid artery stenosis = 70 % ( confirmed by TCD ) ; 4.Rejection or inability to cooperate with postoperative cognitive assessment.
