Experimental group:Cardiac valve replacement + Modified BRCA + Left atrial appendage closure
Control group:Cardiac valve replacement + left atrial appendage closure

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for HVD and AF, and have been confirmed by echocardiography and other methods before surgery. 2. Have no surgical contraindications. 3. Have no history of cardiac surgery. 4. Have cardiac function of >= grade III. 5. Have complete medical records and have provided informed consent for this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Concurrent infectious diseases. 2. Concurrent malignant tumors. 3. Pregnant and lactating patients. 4. Concurrent cardiac cachexia. 5. Concurrent liver and kidney dysfunction. 6. Congenital cardiac structural abnormalities.

Aortic cross-clamping time, radiofrequency ablation time, and extracorporeal circulation duration;Postoperative drainage volume, ICU stay duration, total hospitalization duration, and pacemaker implantation rate;Perform echocardiographic assessment and compare the patient's left atrial diameter, left atrial ejection fraction, and left ventricular shortening fraction;
