Control group1:PCIA (Esketamine 0.2mg/kg + Sufentanil 1.5µg/kg)

Control group2:Ultrasound-guided ropivacaine stellate ganglion block combined with PCIA (sufentanil 1.5 µg/kg)

Experimental group:Ultrasound-guided ropivacaine stellate ganglion block combined with PCIA (esoxicodone 0.2mg/kg + sufentanil 1.5µg/kg)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale (EPDS) score >=10; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) I-II; 3. Age range: 20 - 40 years old; 4. BMI 25-35 kg / m^2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combining pregnancy-related complications; 2. Insanity.
