18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients voluntarily join this study and sign the informed consent form; 2. Age 18-60 years old; 3. ASA classification I-II; 4.Planned to undergo painless gastroscopy or combined gastroscopy and colonoscopy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have contraindications to general anesthesia or have had anesthesia accidents in the past; 2. Patients who are allergic to eggs, beans, cyclopofol and other related drugs; 3. Patients with a history of drug abuse, drug abuse, and alcoholism; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5.BMI>30kg/m^2 ; 6. Patients with obstructive sleep apnea; 7. Patients with obvious abnormal liver and kidney function before surgery; 8. Unable to cooperate with the researcher for any reason: such as hearing or visual impairment, language comprehension disorder, mental illness, etc.; 9. Recent history of surgery or anesthesia; 10.Has participated in other investigations.
