Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have undergone heart transplantation; 2. Age >= 18 years; 3. Conscious and able to understand the questionnaire; 4. Provide informed consent and voluntarily participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to complete the questionnaire; 2. Patients who have undergone a second heart transplantation; 3. Patients who have received two or more organ transplants.
