Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria of AIS 2. Age is between 10 and 16 years old 3. Cobb angle is between 10 and 25 degrees 4. Risser sign is 0 to 3 5. Has not received any other treatments that might affect scoliosis
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Idiopathic scoliosis caused by neuromuscular disorders, vertebral deformities, trauma, tumors or other diseases 2. Accompanied by mental problems or neuromuscular or rheumatic diseases 3. History of previous spinal or lower limb surgeries 4. History of previous exercise or stent treatment 5. Patients with contraindications to exercise 6. X-ray films that are incomplete or unclear, affecting data measurement 7. Patients with other major primary diseases combined
