Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years old, gender not limited. 2. From January 2020 to November 2025, the patient was treated at Shenzhen Second People's Hospital. 3. Patients diagnosed with gastric cancer through pathological examination. 4. The expected survival time is >=3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with unclear pathological diagnosis or non-primary gastric cancer (such as metastatic gastric cancer). 2. Patients with other malignant tumors that are in the active stage. 3. Those who have received neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy before the operation. 4. Patients with severely missing clinical data, where key information (such as tumor staging, treatment plans, follow-up results, etc.) cannot be obtained, affecting the accuracy and completeness of research data.
