Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Before the experiment, blood routine, liver function, kidney function, coagulation function and conventional 12-lead electrocardiogram examinations were conducted on the volunteers. Those who showed no significant abnormalities in any of these tests were included in the study; 2.20 to 30 years old; 3.ASA Grade I; 4.BMI (Body Mass Index, Weight Index) ranges from 18 to 28 kg/m^2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of neurological and mental disorders, immune system diseases or any type of chronic illness; 2. History of surgical anesthesia; 3. History of bad habits such as drug abuse, smoking and alcohol consumption; 4. History of drug allergies and drug abuse; 5. History of menstruation, pregnancy or lactation for women; 6. Recent use of immunosuppressants, hormones, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs; 7. Taking supplements such as antibiotics, probiotics, prebiotics etc. within three months prior to the collection of fecal samples; 8. Recent suffering from diseases that seriously affect the structure of intestinal flora, such as diarrhea and inflammatory bowel disease.
