Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 80 years, gender unlimited; 2. Scheduled to undergo routine gastrointestinal endoscopy or painless gastrointestinal endoscopy in our hospital with total intravenous anesthesia (TIVA); 3. Clear consciousness, able to cooperate with the completion of preoperative and postoperative ocular examinations and data collection; 4. Patients and their families have been fully informed and voluntarily signed the written informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe systemic major diseases such as cardiovascular, hepatic, renal, cerebrovascular or hematopoietic diseases, who cannot cooperate with the study; 2. Patients with severe anesthesia-related complications (such as respiratory or circulatory failure) or examination-related complications during the perioperative period; 3. Patients with severe preoperative visual impairment (below light perception), acute glaucoma attack, massive fundus hemorrhage, retinal detachment, severe refractive media opacity (such as severe cataract, corneal scar) and other conditions that cannot complete fundus examination; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. Patients with long-term use of glucocorticoids, immunosuppressive agents or other drugs that may affect fundus structure; 6. Patients with incomplete clinical data who cannot complete statistical analysis.
