Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Be a registered nurse and continuously engaged in frontline clinical nursing practice; 2.Have worked in the current clinical position for = 6 months; 3. Voluntarily participate in three follow-up surveys over a one-year period and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Planning to resign, transfer to another post, or take long-term leave (>3 months) within the next year; 2.Rotating nurses; 3.Having experienced major negative life events in the past six months (based on a predefined checklist, such as serious illness, bereavement, etc.); 4.Having been diagnosed with moderate to severe mental or psychological disorders or currently receiving related treatment; 5.Being unable to complete the Chinese electronic questionnaire (e.g., due to language barriers or technical limitations).
