Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Case Group: 1. Patients who have been definitively diagnosed with lung cancer (ICD-10 code C34) based on a comprehensive evaluation of clinical symptoms by thoracic surgery and thoracic oncology specialists, lung imaging studies, and tissue biopsy. 2. Aged 18 years or older, voluntarily participating and having signed an informed consent form. Healthy Control Group: 1. Subjects recruited from the health examination center with the same age and gender composition, without eye diseases or lung tumors, allowing for the presence of common chronic diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with significant ocular comorbidities or a history of intraocular surgery. 2. Inability to complete required ophthalmic examinations due to systemic conditions or personal reasons. 3. Medical history that may compromise protocol compliance, including: severe psychiatric disorders,cognitive impairment, substance abuse or addiction.

Ocular examination parameters (visual acuity, intraocular pressure, anterior segment photography,ocular surface analyzer examination, tear cytokine testing, fundus color photography, OCT, OCTA).;General clinical parameters: gender, age, place of origin, education level, body mass index, blood pressure, heart rate, smoking history, alcohol consumption,dietary habits and physical activity patterns, history of systemic and ocular diseases, etc.;Pulmonary tumor indicators: diagnosis of pulmonary tumors and related medical history, previous treatment regimens, routine hematological tests (including complete blood count, coagulation function, liver and kidney function, electrolytes, blood lipids, inflammatory factors, plasma proteins, plasma metabolites, and tumor markers), bronchoscopy findings, pathological results, and pulmonary as well as whole-body imaging examinations.;
