Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 6–12 years; 2.Residing in Chongqing (residence duration >=5 years), treated at Children’s Hospital of Chongqing Medical University, and diagnosed with obstructive, restrictive, or small airway dysfunction via pulmonary function testing, with no other systemic diseases (e.g., cardiovascular, neuromuscular, or musculoskeletal disorders); 3.Both the child and their legal guardians provided informed consent;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of severe behavioral, mental, or cognitive disorders affecting cooperation or safety during exercise testing; 2.Presence of definite cardiovascular, neuromuscular, or musculoskeletal diseases or injuries affecting walking ability (e.g., uncontrolled arrhythmias, heart failure, cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy, arthritis); 3.Regular participation in competitive sports training (e.g., school team level or higher); 4.Uncontrolled acute asthma exacerbation or respiratory tract infection requiring systemic corticosteroids within the past 4 weeks; 5.Diagnosed with mixed ventilatory dysfunction; 6.History of surgery within the past 4 weeks; 7.Long-term use of medications that may significantly affect cardiopulmonary function or exercise tolerance (e.g., ß-blockers, systemic corticosteroids, sedatives, muscle relaxants).
