Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Permanent residents living in the community for more than 6 months; 2. The ability of communication and cooperation to complete the questionnaire and physical examination, or with the assistance of close relatives; 3. Voluntarily participated in this study and signed the written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to perform normal activities due to severe illness, weakness or physical disability; 2. Severe visual and hearing impairment, mental, cognitive or conscious disorders who cannot answer questions correctly; 3. Refusing to sign informed consent or explicitly unwilling to be followed up.
