Trial group:The initial carotid FTc was less than 334.95ms. After 15 minutes of infusion of sodium lactate Ringer's injection, it was measured again until the carotid FTc was >=334.95ms. Anesthesia in
Control group:Infusion of 6ml/kg/h sodium lactate Ringer's injection for 30 minutes.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Undergo painless colonoscopy at an scheduled date; 2. Age: 65 -80 years old; 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification I to III; 4. BMI: 18 kg/m^2-28 kg/m^2 5. The patient and their family members have given informed consent and signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Baseline SBP =160mmHg, DAP =100mmHg, MBPDAP =120mmHg; 2. Those with a history of chronic kidney disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, heart disease, right ventricular dysfunction or pulmonary hypertension, left ventricular ejection fraction =155 mmol/L or =6.0 mmol/L or <= 3.0 mmol/L).
