Experimental group:To compare the effects of different recovery methods within each participant, each participant completed three independent fatigue-induction and recovery-intervention sessions, each
(B) low-intensity cycling
or (C) foam rolling.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) In good health, without cardiovascular, lung, or other chronic diseases; (2) Having more than 2 years of resistance training experience; (3) Without bad habits such as heavy drinking;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Low compliance; (2) Lost to follow-up due to injury or withdrawal; (3) Failure to cooperate.
