Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Birth weight = 1 week; 4. Parents or legal guardians provide informed consent and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of birth trauma, history of asphyxia (Apgar score <= 7), infectious diseases, congenital heart disease, infant leukemia, bronchopulmonary dysplasia, immunodeficiency, inherited metabolic disorders, or use of mechanical ventilation; 2. Use of medications that may affect sleep (sedatives and anticonvulsants); 3. No abnormal family history; no maternal diseases or medication use during pregnancy that could affect the offspring's mental and intellectual development;
