Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. Patients admitted to any member unit of the Hunan Provincial Chest Pain Center Alliance and enrolled in the chest pain center treatment process; 3. Diagnostic and treatment information as well as clinical data are completely documented and available for retrieval and access.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclusion Criteria (1) Subjects from whom long-term outcome information cannot be obtained. 2. Withdrawal Criteria (1) Subjects with missing or erroneous key clinical data that cannot be supplemented or corrected via original medical records or the quality control system. (2) Subjects with obvious logical errors in data or data beyond the physiologically reasonable range that cannot be verified and corrected through original medical records or follow-up.
