Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with high myopia: axial length > 26 mm, myopic refractive error = -6.0 D; 2. Patients who are willing to complete regular follow-up appointments at the Specialized Clinic for High Myopia, Tianjin Eye Hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.A history of ocular trauma; 2.Complicated with other retinal and optic nerve lesions that affect the observation of visual function.
