Control Group:Receive routine respiratory health education in the department, including oral teaching and distribution of general respiratory rehabilitation health education materials
Intervention Group:In addition to routine health education, patients receive standardized one-on-one explanation and decision-making guidance from research nurses who have undergone uniform training,

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for COPD (GOLD classification); 2. Age 40 to 80 years old; 3. Clear consciousness and no communication barriers; 4. Evaluated as meeting the indications for respiratory rehabilitation but not yet participating; 5. Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are contraindications to exercise; 2. Combined with severe heart, liver, and kidney dysfunction; 3. Suffering from severe mental or cognitive impairment.
