Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Adult patients with normal LDL-C levels who were treated at the First Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University between January 2013 and December 2023. 2.Complete medical records stored in the electronic medical record (EMR) database of the corresponding center, collected in a de-identified manner.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with pre-existing ASCVD at baseline. 2.Missing data for key lipid parameters such as HDL-C. 3.Pregnancy 4.Loss to follow-up.
