Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 1–14 years; 2.ASA physical status classification ? or ?; 3.Informed consent signed by the patient and their family; 4.Patients scheduled for elective tracheal intubation under general anesthesia for tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Aged 14 years; 2.ASA physical status classification > ?; 3.Preoperative oxygen saturation < 95%; 4.Children diagnosed with peritonsillar inflammation or tonsillar neoplasm; 5. Systemic diseases causing coagulation dysfunction; 6. Female children during or pre-menstrual period; 7. Severe comorbidities or organic lesions; 8.Already intubated or having undergone tracheotomy; 9.Refusal to participate; 10.Incomplete medical records.
