Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for T2D; 3. Meet the diagnostic criteria for MASLD (based on liver ultrasound or MRI indicating fatty liver, and excluding other causes of chronic liver disease); 4. Received GLP-1RA or SGLT2i monotherapy or combination with baseline treatment for at least 6 months; 5. Have complete clinical and laboratory follow-up data at baseline and after 6 months of treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Other liver diseases with a clear etiology (e.g., viral, alcoholic, autoimmune, drug-induced liver injury, etc.); 2.Decompensated cirrhosis, hepatocellular carcinoma, or a history of prior liver surgery; 3.Complicated by severe cardiac, renal, or hematological diseases, or malignant tumors; 4.Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 5. Switched to the other study drug or initiated additional liver disease-specific treatment during the study period; 6.Missing key data.
