Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1: Neonatal condition: Single birth, full-term (gestational age 37-42 weeks), with Apgar score > 7, and no major congenital diseases, genetic metabolic disorders, or birth asphyxia requiring intensive care; 2: Mother's health condition: No major chronic diseases, active infectious diseases, or autoimmune diseases; 3: Informed consent: The mother fully understood that the collection of umbilical cord blood was only for this study and voluntarily signed a separate written informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1: Mother's illness/medication: Recently (within one week before or after delivery), the mother has used drugs that may affect the immune system (such as high-dose hormones, immunosuppressants, etc.); 2: Infant condition: The infant has been diagnosed with a major congenital disease, genetic metabolic disorder, or requires long-term treatment in the neonatal intensive care unit; 3: Other factors: The researcher determines that there are any other circumstances that may affect the representativeness of the sample or increase the risk of the study.
