Interventions

Group C(Active Comparator):Induction: propofol 1 mg/kg IV
Maintenance: propofol 3-6 mg/kg/h continuous infusion
Group R1(Experimental group):Induction: remimazolam 0.2 mg/kg IV
Group R2(Experimental group):Induction: propofol 1 mg/kg IV
Maintenance: remimazolam 0.8-2 mg/kg/h continuous infusion
Group R3(Experimental group):Induction: remimazolam 0.2 mg/kg IV
Maintenance:remimazolam 0.8-2 mg/kg/h continuous infusion

45 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients undergoing elective laparoscopic radical nephrectomy (LRN) under general anesthesia in our hospital; 2 Aged 45 to 80 years; 3 Classified as American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status ?–?; 4 With normal preoperative cardiac, hepatic, and renal function; 5 Patients or their legally authorized representatives have signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients who have used nephrotoxic drugs within 3 months prior to surgery; 2 Patients with a history of secondary renal surgery; 3 Patients with a history of severe infection, shock, or other conditions requiring emergency resuscitation prior to surgery; 4 Patients who develop major complications during or after surgery, such as severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular events or massive hemorrhage; 5 Patients with known allergies to the anesthetic agents used in the study (including remimazolam).
