18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Able to understand the research requirements, voluntarily participate, and provide written informed consent. 2. Age >=18 years and <=75 years. 3. Meet the diagnostic criteria for neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorders (NMOSD) established by the 2015 International Panel for NMO Diagnosis (IPND). 4. Serum AQP4-IgG antibody positive confirmed by CBA method.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to cooperate with the follow-up study or unwilling to participate in the study. 2.After evaluation by clinical experts, it is not suitable to participate in this study.
