Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Present History: Clinical symptoms and signs such as amenorrhea, abdominal pain, vaginal bleeding, and elevated serum hCG levels. 2. Two-dimensional ultrasound (transabdominal or transvaginal ultrasonography) and Doppler ultrasound show embryo, primitive cardiac pulsation, double halo sign, or heterogeneous echogenic area beside the uterus and ovary. 3. Those who voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent form; 4. Those without mental disorders and with good treatment compliance;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with coagulation disorders; 2.Abnormal liver and renal function; 3.Patients complicated with uterine cancer, cervical cancer, ovarian cancer, and other diseases; 4.A history of prior methotrexate allergy;
