Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed with atrophic papulosis (Degos disease); 2. No age limit, both men and women are eligible. 3.The medical record is complete and should at least include the following core information: demographic characteristics, age of onset, disease course, clinical symptoms (characteristics of skin lesions, systemic involvement manifestations), laboratory tests (erythrocyte sedimentation rate, C-reactive protein, autoantibodies, etc.), imaging/pathological examination results, treatment plan, and follow-up records.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.The diagnosis is not clear. It is only clinically suspected to be Degos disease. There are no characteristic skin manifestations, and there is a lack of support from pathological, imaging or laboratory tests, making it impossible to make a definite diagnosis. 2.The coexistence of severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, malignant tumors, and severe infections may interfere with the clinical assessment and prognosis judgment of Degos disease. 3.There were no clear follow-up records, or the patients withdrew voluntarily or were lost to follow-up during the follow-up period, making it impossible to obtain information on therapeutic effects and prognosis.
