Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnostic criteria for polycystic ovary syndrome: (1) Abnormal menstruation, such as oligo-ovulation or anovulation, or irregular uterine bleeding; (2) Clinical manifestations related to hyperandrogenism and/or abnormal biochemical tests; (3) Polycystic ovarian morphology (PCOM). (1) is a necessary condition for diagnosis, and one of (2) and (3) shall also be met. Age criteria: 18–45 years of age. 2.Inclusion criteria for health checkup participants:(1).Generally healthy with no previous history of chronic diseases:(2). Completed biochemical tests, imaging examinations and other items at the Physical Examination Center of our hospital, with all results within normal reference ranges;(3).General data such as age and gender are matched with those of the case group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Outpatient/Inpatient Exclusion Criteria: 1.Patients with hypersensitivity to GLP-1RAs or MET; 2.Severe cardiovascular diseases; 3.Abnormal liver function test results (alanine transaminase level > 2.5 times the upper limit of normal range); 4.History of renal insufficiency; 5.Thyroid dysfunction; 6.History of malignant tumor; 7.Pregnancy and lactation. Exclusion Criteria for Health Checkup Participants: 1.Patients diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome and other endocrine diseases; 2.Individuals who have used hormonal drugs or contraceptives in the past 3 months; 3.Females with severe menstrual disorders, amenorrhea, pregnancy, or lactation.
