Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Meets the diagnostic criteria for pectus excavatum: According to the diagnostic criteria for pectus excavatum in the Chinese Expert Consensus on the Surgical Treatment of Pectus Excavatum, the HI index is between 2.5 and 3.5 inclusive; 2.The pectus excavatum deformity is obvious, with the funnel-shaped depression depth greater than 1cm; 3.Symptoms affect daily life (such as appearance, chest tightness); 4.Male or female individuals aged 0.5 to 16 years who have undergone vacuum negative pressure suction cup treatment for 1 year; 5.Previously untreated with other therapies; 6.The patient and their guardian voluntarily cooperate with this study or sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Suffering from bone diseases (such as osteogenesis imperfecta); 2.Suffering from bone diseases (such as osteogenesis imperfecta); 3.Suffering from vascular diseases (such as Marfan syndrome); 4.Suffering from coagulation dysfunction; 5.Suffering from a skin disease that hinders the use of braces; 6.Important follow-up information is incomplete; 7.Difficulty in communication and understanding, making it impossible to cooperate with the treatment.
