Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with hematologic malignancies, including but not limited to primary central nervous system diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, Burkitt lymphoma, high-grade B-cell lymphoma, and T/B lymphoblastic lymphoma/leukemia. 2. Aged >= 18 years. 3. Received chemotherapy regimens containing high-dose methotrexate (HD-MTX, >= 500 mg/m^2) during hospitalization. 4. Underwent plasma methotrexate concentration measurements at 24 hours, 48 hours, and/or 72 hours post-methotrexate administration during hospitalization. 5. Received high-dose methotrexate treatment between 2018 and 2025 (applicable only for retrospective data selection).
