Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age between 18 and 65 years old. 2.Meet the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for schizophrenia and related psychiatric disorders; have been taking antipsychotics such as clozapine regularly for =2 weeks, and constipation is confirmed to be associated with antipsychotic medication. 3.Stable psychiatric condition and able to comply with follow-up. 4.Signed informed consent (by the subject themselves or their legal guardian).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Constipation caused by organic intestinal diseases (intestinal obstruction, tumor, inflammatory bowel disease, etc.). 2.Presence of contraindications to fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT), including severe immunodeficiency, severe infection, and hypersensitivity to FMT capsules. 3.Complicated with severe hepatic or renal insufficiency and cardiovascular diseases. 4.Received treatment with probiotics, antibiotics or microecological preparations within the past 3 months. 5.Pregnant or lactating women. 6.Unable to cooperate and complete follow-up assessments.
