Age
18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with CKD stage 1-2 (eGFR=60ml/min/1.73m2) who meet the diagnostic criteria for CKD defined by the KDIGO Clinical Practice Guidelines for Chronic Kidney Disease and who have any of the following: (1) patients with central obesity (waist circumference >=90cm in men and >=85cm in women); (2) combined with overweight (>=24kg/m^2, and =28kg/m^2); 2. proteinuria =18 years old, <=60 years old; No gender limit

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of type 2 diabetes or type 1 diabetes; Patients with acute kidney injury/recent fluctuation of serum creatinine (a 30% increase in serum creatinine within 3 months or a decrease in eGFR to > 50% of baseline); 3. Autoimmune glomerular diseases; 4. Participants who had undergone or expected to undergo invasive procedures such as renal biopsy during the study period; (5) During the study period, the control group took the initiative to implement the research interventions such as time-restricted eating (TRF) or anti-inflammatory eating pattern (AID), which resulted in the inconsistency between the actual intervention and the grouping; 6. Use of glucocorticoids, systemic immunosuppressants (including and not limited to mycophenolate mofetil, calcineurin inhibitors, cyclophosphamide, azathioprine, etc.) within three months
