Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18–75 years, either sex, with an ASA physical status classification of I–III. 2.Diagnosed with lumbar disc herniation or lumbar spinal stenosis, with failure of at least 3 months of conservative treatment, and scheduled to undergo single-level OLIF. 3.No history of allergy to local anesthetics and no severe cardiopulmonary, hepatic, or renal insufficiency.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Long-term preoperative use of opioids or patient-controlled analgesia pumps. 2.Presence of psychiatric disorders or cognitive impairment that would preclude cooperation with pain assessment. 3.Presence of severe chronic comorbidities, such as cardiac disease or renal insufficiency.
