50 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 50 years old; 2. Clearly diagnosed with bilateral primary angle-closure glaucoma, with stable condition (no significant changes in visual field and optic nerve before surgery for 3 months); 3. Complicated with cataract, and having indications for cataract surgery; 4. Completed bilateral surgeries within 1 month, with smooth surgeries and no intraoperative complications; 5. Complete follow-up data within 3 months after surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Open-angle glaucoma, secondary glaucoma, congenital glaucoma; 2. Other ocular diseases that affect vision (such as age-related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, corneal disease, history of severe uveitis, high myopia, etc.); 3. Previous history of eye surgery (such as vitrectomy, etc.); 4. Severe complications during the operation (such as posterior capsule rupture, suspensory ligament injury, etc.); 5. Complications after the operation that affect vision (such as macular edema, severe corneal edema, posterior capsular opacification requiring early laser treatment, etc.); 6. Dilated or abnormal pupil, with astigmatism > 1.0D; 7. Patients with incomplete medical records.
