Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 18 and 80 years old; 2. Participants who voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form. 3. Inclusion criteria for the experimental group: In addition to the basic conditions, the following conditions must also be met: fasting blood glucose (FPG) >= 6.1 mmol/L, or 2-hour blood glucose after oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) >= 7.8 mmol/L, or glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) >= 5.7%. Inclusion criteria for the control group: In addition to the basic conditions, the fasting blood glucose, 2-hour blood glucose after OGTT, and HbA1c must all be lower than the above standards, and there must be no history of diabetes or abnormal glucose tolerance.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe heart, liver and kidney dysfunction, tumors, cerebrovascular diseases, blood disorders, thyroid diseases; 2. Pregnant or suspected pregnant women, with unexplained vaginal bleeding; 3. Patients with severe mental and psychological disorders; 4. Those who cannot cooperate for tongue diagnosis and photography due to surgery, trauma, etc.; 5. Other researchers consider not suitable for inclusion in this study.
