Experimental group:Ultrasound-guided electroacupuncture-based electrical stimulation targeting the posterior rami of the thoracic spinal nerves.
Control group:Oral administration of the non-steroidal analgesic celecoxib.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18 - 65 years old; 2. Chronic chest and back pain lasting more than 3 months, accompanied by intercostal discomfort or anterior chest pain, and local band-like sensation may also exist; 3. Local pain occurs when pressing the small joints of the thoracic vertebrae (2.0 cm lateral to the spinous process); generally, there is no radiating pain between the ribs, and the percussion pain in the chest and back is negative; 4. No signs of nerve root or spinal cord compression damage; 5. Imaging shows degenerative changes in the small joint structure, such as bone spurs, joint hypertrophy, bone deformity, etc.; 6. Conservative treatment (physical therapy, drug therapy, etc.) has failed; 7. The patient or their family members voluntarily signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Age less than 18 years old or older than 65 years old; 2. Those with a history of thoracic spine trauma or who have undergone thoracic spine surgery; 3. Those with abnormal thoracic spine imaging findings but without thoracic or back pain symptoms; 4. Those diagnosed with thoracic back pain caused by other conditions, such as thoracic spine deformity, lumbar tuberculosis or tumors, intervertebral disc disorders, intraspinal lesions, radiating pain from other parts of the body, cardiovascular disorders, rheumatic immune system diseases, etc.; 5. Those with local or systemic infections, drug allergies, coagulation dysfunction, etc. who are not suitable for local injection treatment; 6. Pregnant or lactating women, patients with mental illnesses, and patients with other serious diseases; 7. Patients with poor compliance or who are lost to follow-up.
