Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Echocardiographic and clinical data of normal subjects, patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, hypertensive cardiomyopathy, aortic valve stenosis, and cardiac amyloidosis; 2.Each patient has standard echocardiogram videos of the following views: apical two-chamber, apical three-chamber, apical four-chamber, parasternal long-axis, apical left ventricular short-axis, papillary muscle level left ventricular short-axis, and mitral valve level left ventricular short-axis; 3.Promise to abide by the research procedures and cooperate with the implementation of the entire research process;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The image quality is suboptimal, making it impossible for post-processing software to perform analysis; 2.The ultrasound images are not in DICOM format; 3.The echocardiographic views are non-standard.
