Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients diagnosed with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans (ASO) who were hospitalized in the Department of Interventional Radiology and Vascular Surgery, Peking University Third Hospital, between January 1, 2000, and December 31, 2025; 2.Patients meeting the clinical diagnosis of lower extremity ASO, confirmed by imaging examinations (including color Doppler ultrasound, CTA, or DSA); 3.Patients who underwent percutaneous transluminal angioplasty (PTA) at our center; 4.Patients aged = 18 years; 5.Patients with complete medical records available for pre-operative, post-operative, and follow-up data;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients treated for non-atherosclerotic lesions, such as acute limb ischemia, arterial embolism, or vasculitis; 2.Patients who received treatments other than PTA, including open surgery or amputation; 3.Patients with critical missing data in medical records, making evaluation impossible;
