Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age: 55–80 years (2) No cognitive impairment (TICS-40 score > 20) (3) Self-reported loneliness (DJGLS-11 score > 2) (4) Ability to use a smartphone

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) A diagnosis of severe mental illness (2) Significant hearing or speech impairment
