Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with primary oral squamous cell carcinoma who underwent surgical resection at our hospital and were subsequently discharged; 2. Preoperative clinical stage T1–4N0–3M0; 3. No clear contraindications to radiotherapy; the decision to administer postoperative radiotherapy is independent of whether the patient has contraindications to radiotherapy; 4. Patients who have attended follow-up appointments regularly after surgery and have been followed up for more than 24 months as of the study start date; 5. Patients with no history of other malignant tumors and no primary tumors of other sites or types during the follow-up period; 6. Patients with complete medical records, including medical history, hospital records, surgical records, pathology results, and follow-up records; 7. Patients aged 18 years or older, regardless of gender;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Lost to follow-up within 1 year after surgery for surviving patients; 2.Previously received radiotherapy or chemotherapy for other diseases; 3.People with mental disorders or intellectual disabilities; 4.Pregnant or breastfeeding women;
